TO DO THIS WEEKEND

Everyone needs to go see my son's movie Cloudy with Meatballs on this debut weekend. OK so it's not exactly his movie but it feels like it. And who knows, one day it will be "his movie". He works for Sony Imageworks and did a lot of the movie. His name IS in the credits. So exciting. He's working on Alice in Wonderland now so I forsee a trip to Calif for the opening of that one next year. I can't wait.

More pics from my sewing room. AS you can see, I collect little deer. This is part of my collection. I love them all. Aslo one of my ribbon and findings shelf. Those styrofoam heads I got off ebay just kill me. I know they are Christmas ornaments but I can't bear to put them away so they stay out all year.

This dress is so adorable. It's a custom order and I just love it. I am offically out of the pink and aqua fabric now so this is a one and only. I'm sad to see it go.

Halloween is coming

I love these new items I'm working on. The colors are so rich and I am all about color. My little gnome girl is the cutest. She wants to be a mermaid for halloween so I will be working on that soon.

This is some of the new items I'm working on. I haven't done applique in a long time so I was surprised at how easily it came back to me. My girl B looks so cute modeling these. I'm off now to list them on etsy.

My fabulous new IKEA cabinet

I am so in love with my new IKEA cabinet. Being in my

sewing room and seeing all the colors in this cabinet really makes me smile.

It also makes it aloteasier to find the fabric I'm looking for. Unfortuately its

already full soI better get back to making stuff so I have room for new fabric.
